The Breck School

Karen spent two days in May at the Breck School in Minneapolis, MN to speak with 425 middle school students about the Holocaust and shared the 16 minute education version of Letters From Brno with 10 classes. There was an evening screening of Letters From Brno,open to the community and leaders from the Breck High School Jewish Student Union moderated the Q&A following the screening. Karen had lunch with the middle school Jewish Affinity Group on the first day and met with the HIgh School Jewish Students Union for lunch on the second day. It was an outstanding 2 day visit and talks are underway for Karen to return next year to spend 2 days with the high school students.
